- Name, last name, address, email address, date of birth, gender, nationality, type, and number of ID document, the licence plate number of your vehicle

We collect your personal data when you:
- Fulfil an enquiry or make an online reservation via email or through our website
- Subscribe to our newsletter
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback via email or via other channel

- Indirectly from the sources, that provide us booking service with settled agreement (for example Airbnb, Booking.com, etc)
How will we use your data?
We collect your data for proceeding your reservation of staying in our accommodation. If such personal information is not provided or if you disagree with the data being processed, we cannot conclude the reservation.
The personal data can also be processed for the purposes of marketing activities, with personal consent, which can be revoked anytime.
Personal data may be disclosed to other persons where the processing is necessary for the fulfilment of the legal obligations of Kamp Turizem d.o.o. and the legal jurisdiction of certain authorities and other holders of power of attorney. For example, we provide some of your data to the Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Public Records and Services.
Your data is also processed on our behalf and under our instructions by our third-party service providers who are committed to the same or a higher level of security for your data. Our third parties do not process your personal data for their own purposes.
How long do we store your data?
We will retain your data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, except where a longer retention period would be necessary or permitted by law.
Most of your data, collected with the purpose of making the reservation of our facilities, is stored for 5 years after termination of the contract.
The data that we are required to keep under the Act on Registration of Residence (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 52/16, as amended) are kept for one year after the end of the last day of the year of withdrawal.
Data from invoices which must be kept in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 13/11 - official consolidated text, as amended) will be kept for 10 years after the end of the year to which the invoice relates.
In cases where we process your data on the basis of your personal consent (e.g. when you subscribe to our newsletter), we will keep your data until the consent is withdrawn.
Marketing
You have an option of consent to our collection of your data for marketing activities (receiving e-news about our services and products, special offers, etc.). You can revoke your consent at any time using the communication channel through which a marketing message has been received.
Your personal data, collected for the marketing pourposes, is stored until your withdrawal of consent.
